Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.
Theme Ownership
We own all rights to our themes. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of any theme or its source code. Purchasing a theme grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the intellectual property.
Single License
Each theme purchased individually is licensed for use on a single Ghost website. You may install the theme in a local or staging environment for testing before deploying to your live site.
Bundle License
The bundle package grants access to all current and future themes for use across unlimited Ghost websites. This license is intended for individual use. Freelancers and agencies should contact us regarding team licensing.
Updates
All theme purchases include free updates. We regularly release improvements, bug fixes, and compatibility updates for new Ghost versions. Changelogs are published on our changelogs page.
Support
Each purchase includes six months of support. Support covers questions about theme installation, configuration, and built-in features. We also address bugs and compatibility issues with supported Ghost versions.
Support does not include custom code modifications, third-party integrations, or server configuration. For custom work, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Refunds
As digital products, themes are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a significant issue that we are unable to resolve, please reach out to us at p@ccly.dev and we will do our best to find a solution.
Warranties
Our themes are built to meet current web standards and are tested across modern browsers. While we strive for broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee functionality in all environments. Themes are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
