How to Download Your Theme from Lemon Squeezy

After purchasing a CCLY Studio theme, you can download the latest version anytime from your Lemon Squeezy account. Here's how.

Step 1: Find your receipt email

After purchase, Lemon Squeezy sends a receipt email to the address you used at checkout. This email contains a direct download link for your theme .zip file.

If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or search your inbox for "Lemon Squeezy" or "CCLY Studio".

Step 2: Access your Lemon Squeezy account

You can also download your theme from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal:

  1. Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.
  2. Enter the email address you used when purchasing.
  3. Lemon Squeezy will send you a login link — no password needed.
  4. Click the link in the email to access your orders.

Step 3: Download the latest version

  1. Find your CCLY Studio order in the list.
  2. Click the order to expand it.
  3. Click the Download button next to the theme file.
  4. You'll receive the latest .zip file — Lemon Squeezy always serves the most recent version.
Tip: Whenever we release an update, the download link automatically points to the newest version. You don't need a new purchase link — just re-download from the same order.

Step 4: Upload to Ghost

  1. Log in to your Ghost Admin at yourdomain.com/ghost/.
  2. Go to Settings → Design → Change theme.
  3. Click Upload theme and select the downloaded .zip file.
  4. Click Activate.

Your content, members, and custom settings are all preserved — only the theme's template files are replaced.

Troubleshooting

  • "I didn't receive a receipt email" — Check spam/junk. If still missing, go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter your email to get a login link.
  • "The download link expired" — Login links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one from the same page.
  • "I used a different email" — Try the email associated with your payment method (PayPal, credit card). If you're still stuck, email us at p@ccly.dev with your order details.
